Submissions are made online. You will need about 15 minutes and the files listed below.
- Sign in. Enter your e-mail address; we send a one-time sign-in link. You can also sign in with ORCID.
- Choose the journal and confirm the submission checklist.
- Enter the details: title, abstract, keywords and declarations.
- Add the authors. Each author needs an ORCID iD; their name, affiliation and country can be filled in from ORCID.
- Upload the files: an anonymised manuscript (no author names or affiliations), a manuscript with author details, and any figures, ethics approval or supplementary files.
After submission you can follow every step in your dashboard, and we e-mail you whenever something needs your attention.
