What we ask
- A careful, constructive report within the agreed time, usually 14 to 21 days.
- Confidentiality: the manuscript is shared with you for review only.
- Declaring any conflict of interest, and declining when you cannot be impartial.
- No use of generative AI tools on the manuscript (see our AI policy).
What you get
- Reviews are double-blind and you choose which invitations to accept.
- A verifiable certificate for every completed review.
- Thanks by name in our yearly list of reviewers, if you agree.
- A way into editorial work: many of our editors start as reviewers.
Reviewing for our journals is voluntary and free of charge. We never ask for payment to review or to join an editorial board. Read the reviewer guide and our peer review policy.
